RETURN POLICY
The customer has the right to withdraw strictly within fourteen (14) calendar days after prior communication with the company.
The customer has to send an email to info@visqueux.com, indicating all the required personal details (name, order number, description of the product, reason of return).
The product has to be returned in its original package, not damaged or altered, clean, not used or worn, bearing its label, authentication card and sales documents.
After receiving the returned product and if the return is not due to a defect, our company will proceed and check if the product fits our RP criteria.
We will refund you as soon as possible, using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction.
The return costs are borne exclusively by our firm in case of a product defect or our own fault.
In case of return because the customer has changed his mind, the costs will be borne by the consumer.
After the first return, the costs of each subsequent one will be borne exclusively by the customer, regardless of the reason for the return.
